How to Use AIGO Framework Studio

AIGO Framework Studio is the operational workspace for managing AI governance records for AI systems.

Start from Overview

The Overview workspace provides the current governance dashboard. It shows:
  • Number of registered AI systems
  • Active evaluations
  • Recorded governance reviews
  • Open governance incidents
  • Recent governance activity
  • The AIGO governance lifecycle
  • Governance scope information
Use Register AI System to begin creating a governed AI system.

AI Systems

The AI Systems workspace contains the AI systems registered in Studio. Open an AI system to work through its governance lifecycle and manage its related governance records.

AI System lifecycle

For an individual AI system, Studio provides these governance stages:
  1. Register
  2. Responsibilities
  3. Classify
  4. Evaluate
  5. Review
  6. Approve
  7. Validate
  8. Monitor
  9. Reassess
These stages are available from the individual AI system workspace.

Governance records

Within an AI system, Studio provides governance records for:
  • Risk
  • Controls
  • Changes
  • Incidents
  • Assurance
Studio also provides standalone workspaces for Evidence and Rules.

Evidence

Use the Evidence workspace to maintain governance evidence records that support governance activities and decisions.

Rules

Use the Rules workspace to manage governance rules and review rule results and history.

Assurance

Use the Assurance workspace to manage assurance records and activities.

Framework documentation

The Framework link in Studio opens the AIGO Framework documentation. The framework defines the governance model and guidance that Studio operationalizes.

What Studio does not provide

AIGO Framework Studio is an operational governance management tool. It does not provide certification, accreditation, or conformity assessment. Use the governance records and decisions in Studio as part of the organization’s own governance process.
