# Monitoring Schema

The Monitoring Schema provides a structured representation of AI system and governance monitoring information.

## Purpose

It supports ongoing observation of system conditions, governance indicators, risk signals, control performance, and other relevant monitoring results.

## Use

Monitoring records can support escalation, reassessment, corrective action, assurance, and continual improvement.
